- Combatparapcord (CPH) ships through the United States Post Office and uses delivery confirmation.
We are NOT
responsible for replacing lost packages that the Post Office says have been delivered, when there is a delivery
confirmation ticket and number showing
said package has been delivered.
Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once you have items in your cart,
you may use our tool
on the shopping cart page to estimate your shipping costs.
When you place your order, we will make every effort to process your order
within 2-3 business days.
We will contact you if any
of your selected products are on backorder. We will then transfer your package to USPS for delivery. For U.S. destinations,
shipping may take up to 5 days from the time the package is transferred to USPS.
Combatparacord is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Post Office says your package
was delivered
to your address, our responsibility ends there.
NOTE: We do not provide tracking number upon shipping. Please do not email us and ask for this
unless 10 days has passed,

Shipping: We combine orders whenever possible. For all 50 states:
$3.50 for 1-5 items
$4.25 for 6-9 items
$6.00 for 10-14 items
$7.25 for 15-19 items

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with color, after you receive them, please call or email us within 15 days.
Please be careful
to order the correct size as refunds and returns are not allowed due to
you measuring incorrectly.See sizing instructions for the best fit below.
Returned or exchanged items must be postmark dated within 15 days from the date of your
receipt of the product.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

MEASURING YOUR WRIST:
Instructions For Best Fit: using a tape measure or a string and measure your
wrist (in inches).
Just add 1 inch to your
wrist size and order that size bracelet.
If you find that you are between sizes it is best to order the next size up.
Example: Your wrist measures 7"(most common adult male size) just
add 1" = 8" - A 8" bracelet is the
proper size for a 7" wrist.
Your wrist measures 7-1/4" just add 1" = 8-/14" - Since there is no 8-1/4 offered, order the
8-1/2 bracelet as best size
for a 7-1/4" wrist.

The size indicated on the order form is the actual length of the bracelet.
This Includes The Buckle
You can shrink your bracelet by soaking it in water and allowing it to dry.
Here at Combatparacord we stand behind everything we sell. If you every have to
take something apart to save your life or the life of someone else, or even a pet, send us
an email about the experience and we will send you out a replacement.
